A movie directed by YASH CHOPRA and written and produced by ADITYA CHOPRA under their production banner YASH RAJ FILMS. The film features SHAHRUKH KHAN, KATRINA KAIF and ANUSKHA SHARMA in lead roles.
A movie who shows us a romantic face of Shahrukh khan after DON 2. Actually the role of Samar Aanand , a main character in the movie was only written for a romantic cum angry young actor and after spending a long time in bollywood with so many characters, Shahrukh is looking perfect in this character.
The movie have two decades show. In the first decade shahrukh plays a musician and also he works in a restaurant as a part time waiter in London .
The starting point of movie is the second heroine of the movie Anuska Sharma who is playing a discovery channel filmmaker got a dairy of Samar Anand ,a bomb disposal squad in Indian army and she aware us about the past life of Samar Anand. And according to dairy Samar anand meets Katrina kaif named meera and due to some circumstances Samar makes a deal with meera that he’ll teach meera how to sing and in return of he’ll get a English class from meera.
We know very well that love is blind and both Samar and Meera fall in love to each others. But it is bollywood my friend. There creates a emosional situation and meera promises to god that she’ll never meet Samar in whole life and she rejects the proposal of marriage.
After that Samar returns to India and start a fresh life in Indian army as a bomb disposal squad. Here he meets Akira Rai and again start typical bollywood story.
In the whole movie Shahukh and Anuskha trying to give perfect but as always Katrina looks a baby doll. The story of movie also looks as a week point.
The shooting place is so attractive and romantic. And the most strong point of movie is the music of A. R. Rahman.
As per my point of view Jab Thak Hai Jaan is perfect for SRK fans’ and the lovers who love to see romance in real life. It is the last movie directed by Yas Raj before his death on 21 October 2012.
